This page will include the projects that have been mentioned to us and need to be worked on. This will be a simple description of the project and
each project might get it's own page in the future.
Deputation Schedual Assistant
This will be a solution that a missionary/evangelist can use to schedule events based on their proximity to each other. I have applied and been given access to the Google maps api. This will when developed allow us to plot routes and display the results without having to purchase mapping data. This of course will most likely be a web based application. The project needs to incorporate average travel times by car into its calculations. When an event is scheduled then the user can see how long it will take to get from the previously scheduled appointment to the next.
Permafrost Refrideration
Steve Donley of Points North Baptist Missions is looking for a solution to use the permafrost in northern Canada to create a refrigeration system at a remote church location. This will be needed in the summers when the ground is partially thawed. The solution needs to be winter resistant as it will get rather cold up there during most of the year.
Information Package Design
Lost ministries needs a printable information packet and some simple pamphlets. The pamphlets could be in the style of a prayer card. Their purpose would be to spread information through word of mouth and let people take something home with them. The information packet will be sent to missionaries and missions boards. This will basically be a printable registration form for missionaries that might not have internet access. It will include information about the site and our function. It will also include a mailable registration form that can be entered by a Lost ministries partner.

Radio Station in a Box
This project is the development of a system that will essentially be a mission radio station in a box. It will include tutorials and videos on how to start and construct a radio station under various conditions. It may also include a package deal so that Lost can purchase equipment in bulk and assemble them into kits and send them to missionaries for the cost of the equipment. There will be several packages that will have different features that can be added and subtracted as needed.
Church Planting Kit
This will be the assembling of equipment that is cost effective and of good quality that can be purchased by a missionary for use in church planting. This will include all the equipment needed to setup a sound system. It will also include pricing on Hymnals (with language options) and offering plates as well as any other equipment that would be needed. This will be a kit with options that can be added or subtracted. This will be ordered by a missionary and assembled by Lost ministries to be sent to them.
Personal Sermon Recorder
This will be a system that will be inexpensive and of good quality that can be used to record messages that a missionary or evangelist gives in a church for their records and does not require the church to have the means to record and distribute the messages. This will let a missionary record and publish his messages on a website or just keep them for their records and review later. This will include a microphone and recording device that the speaker can wear on their person.
Multipurpose Sanctuary
I need help with church building designs for multipurpose usage. To house the sanctuary, classrooms, conference hall, nursery, fellowship room and classrooms. The plot size 23,000 sqft, and would like to make use of height as well. This plot is in the middle of the community, so future expansion of area would be difficult so the aim is to have the extension vertically - to have floors. If I get responses from colleagues I shall share the full project vision.
