Steve Donley of Points North Baptist Missions is looking for a solution to use the permafrost in northern Canada to create a refrigeration system at a remote church location. This will be needed in the summers when the ground is partially thawed. The solution needs to be winter resistant as it will get rather cold up there during most of the year.
